STRONG BONES

  • 60-minute classes 1x per week.

    Perfect for beginners or those new to strength training. You'll learn foundational movements with a strong emphasis on safety, control, and technique.

    Current schedule: Tuesdays at 1:30PM EST

  • 60 minute 2x per week.

    For those with previous exercise experience who are ready to build on their foundation with more challenging progressions and intensity. A short intake or prior participation in Level 1 is recommended.

    Current schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 10AM EST

  • A quick 30-min class 1x per week focused on improving balance and reducing the risk of falls. All exercises will be completed in standing.
