For those with previous exercise experience who are ready to build on their foundation with more challenging progressions and intensity. A short intake or prior participation in Level 1 is recommended.

A quick 30-min class 1x per week focused on improving balance and reducing the risk of falls. All exercises will be completed in standing.

This Zoom class is designed specifically for those with osteoporosis or osteopenia who want to move safely, build muscle, and improve their bone health. With a maximum of 20 participants, you’ll receive personalized guidance in a supportive, encouraging environment.
